Looking Glass Fire is pleased to offer the File of Life® Program.
In the event of an emergency, accurate information about your medical history and the prescription medication you take is vital for proper emergency treatment. If you are unconscious or unable to communicate with emergency responders your File of Life will provide this vital information.
As a service to our community, the department is now offering File of Life materials free of charge to Eagle and Watertown residents.
The File of Life Program is a three part system:
1. MEDICAL INFORMATION CARD. The medical information card ensures your vital medical information is available when emergency responders need it.
2. MAGNETIC CARD HOLDER. The magnetic plastic sleeve protects your information card and allows you to easily attach the card holder to your refrigerator.
3. DOOR DECAL. The door decal alerts medical responders to look for your File of Life.

Residents can obtain program materials free of charge at the fire station. Please contact the station at 627-9831 if you would like us to drop them off, or feel free to email your request here.
Program materials are available to non-residents at the fire station for a donation of $1.50. Delivery is not available for non-residents.
